Sorry this is so dark and dreary.... Today is one of the only days since starting my 365 that I almost forgot to take a picture! I guess 243 days is a pretty good run :)

I didn't want to bother with a tripod but wanted to be outside, anyway here is my picture... I messed with it in lightroom.

Oh well, here is to a better day tomorrow!

Dewy grass. This is my second attempt, I did one back in April. I think I will try again but make sure I am shooting wide open so I can get the bokeh more circular :)

I wanted to try putting her pig tails lower since her hair is getting longer, well this piggies ended up being 90% mullet hair, hehe!

I had another post go up on Mortal Muses today, this weeks theme is black and white.  Also there is a new feature called Everyday Beauty that you check out and join as well!

And just because I don't know when else I would post them, here are some more black and white pictures that I worked on for the post.  Mostly I just took pictures from my vacation and said "hum, I wonder what this would look like in black and white :) "

It has been a busy day and I wasn't very inspired or motivated to take my picture for the day. So I went outside with my baby and put the camera close to the ground and took this. For some reason I kind of like it, not sure why...

Parker Family

While in Utah I got the wonderful opportunity to photograph a beautiful family!  They were so much fun, and seriously those 2 little kids were so well behaved.  My kids are almost the same ages, and are never that good!  Enjoy your sneak peak :)

The last one just kills me!  I told him to give his sister a big hug!  Look at that face, so cute :)

And you know what is cool while chatting with them I realized that Mr. Parker works for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints making the Mormon messages on YouTube.

It is still rainy and overcast, my son and I ran out quick this morning to check on the garden. The ripe grape tomatoes don't last long :)

I have to say I am proud of myself for taking/importing/editing/uploading my picture of the day before 3:00! Yay for kids nap time :)

A moving lady bug on a moving 2 year old and the slowest macro lens makes for a fun half hour :) and 70 pictures later this is what I got :)

The kids really enjoyed playing with the lady bugs (we had a bunch in the house) but the little ladies didn't really appreciate their enthusiasm

I had to share some, ahem alot, of pictures from a session I did with my sister in law while visiting in Seattle.  Isn't she the most beautiful pregnant mama to be!  

I had so much fun and learned alot!  Plus Jon is so funny he had my laughing the whole time!  My little nephew is due the end of the month, and I am so excited to meet him :)
