Icicles on our swing set.
My friend let me borrow his tripod, so that was fun. Though I was having a rough time because it was FREEZING, and my camera did not want to focus on the icicles.
This picture is pretty blah to me, but that is what is fun about 365... I can just try again :) oh and wear better gloves next time!

If you try again ...
Watch your horizon when you include horizontal lines in the photo. Also a dark background helps when shooting white icicles, you'll get more contrast. What if you moved on the other side of the swingset? The longer you zoom in the blurrier the background gets.
Also try a vertical shot, then you can get in tighter and isolate just a couple and get more detail. This is one of my early tries. I'm not saying it's great; I need to try again now that I know more. http://grandonfanclub.blogspot.com/2008/02/ice-storm.html
And whatever you do, don't lick the tripod, your tongue will get stuck!
